Carried out without restrictions:

• AAA uses only A- quality plantation teak, purchased from Perum Perhutani (by Indonesian government controlled teak sales).
• Kiln-dried, in computer controlled ovens, controlled moisture meassured after dry- process (= < 10%).
• No white wood or knots.
• Integrated quality controll of all processings, components and assemblings: materials, tolerances (dimensions), finishing, strenght … etc.
• All components are full machine made (shapes, joints …).
• Productdevelopment by engineers, full ACAD- design.
• All products are knock down or by folding system.
• Packing in carton boxes, with prints possible.
• Fasteners from solid brass, with non-corroding treatment.
• For all other joints, Rectavit Excel One glue is used.
• All products are uniform (dimensions and regarding).
• No child labor is used.
• No rain- forest timber is consumed.
